The aim of communityHub is to provide:
1. Cutting edge technology for free to make it easier for Non-Profit groups to run their operations and deliver on their initiatives.
2. Create recurring funding options for the Non-Profit groups to help fund those initiatives.
The problem:
Many small Non-Profit organisations are largely run by volunteer staff, and managed on shoestring budgets.
Too often the volunteers are using privately owned technology in delivering support, in which case the intellectual property of the NPO is often to hard track and manage, and is often lost or difficult to retrieve when the volunteer is not available or
resigns.
There is very little in the way of financial resources to spend on technology upgrades and maintenance.
In this economy it is increasingly hard for smaller NPOs to raise funds.
Software for a cause:
Through this Free program Hub3c aims to help Non-Profit Organisations improve their communications, processes and effectiveness, as well as helping streamline workflow, access to information and delivery of projects.
How can we help the Non-Profit community?
By giving them leading edge software solutions they can use in any part of their organisation globally to make it easier for them to work and communicate effectively consistently.
The ability to do more:
As a business there are limits to what hub3c can do on our own to support community projects.
However as a software development company we realised there was a lot we could do to support the efforts of Non-Profit organisations working tirelessly in communities around the world.
This led to the communityHub project, which was designed to deliver cutting edge technology to struggling Non-Profit Groups.
To date this entire project has been privately funded by hub3c. Now we need community support to speed up delivery, testing and rollout to the Non-Profit community.
What are we delivering to the Non-Profit Groups?
Instant Systems for...
- Private networks for managing internal and external communications.
- Connecting with clients, suppliers and their community. Private communities, not social media.
- Providing tools to manage and implement workflows and processes. Simple delivery of systems and information.
- Managing meetings and outcomes.
- Project management
- Document sharing
- Contact Relationship Management
- Events & functions management
Instant Team Building...
- Tools that can keep everyone engaged or allow teams to communicate and work in seamless groups.
- Scalable training solutions.
Achieving Duplication & Scale...
- A platform for systemising the way these organisations grow their community. By engaging with clients, suppliers and stakeholders in a way that allows them to more effectively deliver results.
$12,500 Tipping Point Goal
Tipping Point:
Our tipping point target is $12,500, which will allow for the completion of final stage development and delivery of the pilot platform for testing in our 1st Non-Profit organisation within 60 days of reaching the tipping point.
Additional Funds:
The next $5,000 will fund platform modifications and development based on pilot program feedback.
$7,500 will support the initial public launch of the communityHub to help raise broad public awareness of the availability of the software solutions in the Non-Profit community.
Each additional $5,000 raised, will support our community awareness program for 30 days.
The community awareness program requires outsourcing of social media management, promotional material and marketing contractors to create a public profile in the community.
Meeting our targets will allow for a concentrated launch program and increase the speed at which the Non-Profit groups find out about and take advantage of our solutions.
If we only partially meet our targets, this will not prevent our ability to deliver, it will however greatly delay the timeframes in which we can deliver these valuable services.
