About This Project


Many young changemakers have a vision for a better world, and are passionate about launching projects which bring the world closer to this vision. Often they need just a little bit of support to help them turn their ideas into a reality.



Vibewire is in the right position to help these young changemakers as we have been providing opportunities for young people to create the future for the past 12 years.  



With your help, Vibewire will give TWO young changemakers the space and resources to launch their project in 2013!



Young Changemakers



Helping us reach our tipping point will give ONE young changemaker (under the age of 25) a
Hub Scholarship.



Helping us reach our crowdfunding campaign goal will give TWO young changemakers (under the age of 25)
a Hub Scholarship.



CAMPAIGN AIMS



This scholarship will give young changemakers the support and resources they need to launch their socially innovative projects, with the best chance of success.



The young changemakers who receive the scholarship will get:



- 6 months workspace at the Vibewire Hub



- 6 skill-building workshops 



- 6 months of mentoring


 



The Vibewire Hub (soon to be relaunched as the Innovation Lab)


In March 2013, the Vibewire Hub will be relaunched as the Vibewire Innovation Lab.


The Vibewire Innovation Lab will be a launchpad for young changemakers who are working on their own social or creative projects.

The Innovation Lab will continue to be a coworking space of innovation, learning and collaboration but will also boast a calendar of skill building workshops, networking events and a buzzing community of young changemakers.


 


CROWDFUNDING REWARDS:


Many of the crowdfunding rewards offer our campaign supporters an Innovation Lab Membership. Lab Membership will provide:


- Half price tickets to
skill-building workshops taking place at the Innovation Lab every week;


- Half price tickets to
regular talks given by successful business and social entrepreneurs;


- Two-for-one tickets to Vibewire’s
fastBREAK innovation series;


- Access to the Innovation Lab Yammer network where Lab members share share ideas, skills, resources, events and networks;

- Access to exclusive Innovation Lab events.
