Our Campaign
Australia is one of the most affluent, beautiful countries on Earth - yet we have an epidemic of mental health challenges, with over 50% of Australian's suffering. Our team believe if we ever want to combat this shocking statistic, we have to aim for a generational,
systemic change that works towards prevention through education, self-awareness and inquiry and creating a loving, support community. By working with schools, community groups, service providers, parents and teachers we cover the following topics;
- Better understanding and supporting young people
- Meditation and mindfulness
- Techniques to encourage community engagement
- Peer support
- Breaking away from limited belief systems
- Embracing new ways of thinking and operating in our communities
In 2013, we travelled the whole country to find out what young people needed most - it made NO difference if we were in the middle of a rural community, or in our biggest cities - young people were craving the same thing; true
connection and the capacity to pursue their happiness.
The majority of our country is rural... here's a bit of an insight;
Our 7 Steps to Educating Young People NO MATTER Their Background:

2. Daring to Dream
3. Be Yourself - everyone else is taken

5. The power of our thoughts

7. Positive Rebellion (embracing your differences!)
Testimonials from our work
"Thank you to the moon and back! I'm sure many others have told you how wonderful and inspirational you were today, but I would personally like to thank you. Because of your speech and amazing outlook on life, you've gifted me
a hand to get up. Things aren't easy for me; with self-image, anxiety and the list goes on. You have honestly shown me why dreams and aspirations are important. Because you talked about your struggles, and explained how they made you stronger, I now have the
strength to follow in your footsteps. You are wonderful, and are changing lives - believe me. Thank you so so so much."

Dear Nicole, I really enjoyed your presentation today. It is wonderful of you to share so much of yourself and your journey. Working in remote and rural Australia, we do not often get the opportunity to benefit from organisations
such as yours’, so it was a pleasure to share in your insights. I most certainly took away much that I will use when working in support of the young people I am engaged with.

"Your presentation was truly inspiring, I am struggling with anorexia and it is so comforting to know that there are people out there like yourself who support this issue. I think it's important for people to know that it's not
just about vanity. Because of you I feel less like a crazy person. I feel so strongly about our work. Please keep going..."
