Why yoga?
Yoga is a multi-faceted, complex, broad and deep philosophy and practice. Although 5000 years old, its numerous tools and techniques are never more relevant than to a busy modern life.
Although yoga is in the midst of a boom, what we learn in a typical yoga class is just the tip of the iceberg. Yoga practiced on the mat is just the beginning. It's when you take yoga off the mat and into the world that its real value is revealed.

All the monies raised in this campaign will be used to pay our course facilitators, curriculum developers, and run our scholarship program to sponsor people to experience our training free of cost or at part-payment. We are committed to increasing accessibility
– all our training courses always have full- or part-scholarship places – always have, always will. Your funds will help us continue to make our trainings accessible.
