Good Deed Movement is a movement to encourage people to do good deeds through participating in fitness classes. Good Deed Movement focuses on assisting Not-For-Profit organisations by running fitness classes and boot camps. The proceeds from the fitness classes go to organisations providing support to the homeless, vulnerable and underprivileged.
The Problem
According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, there are over 9,000 people in Perth sleeping rough each night. As a community, we think we can make a difference, by helping to alleviate the issues faced by these vulnerable individuals.

There is a close relationship between being kind and feeling happy. Acts of kindness have ripple effects that are unmeasurable.

Healthy community
The ABS survey determined that 67% of adults in Australia were overweight in 2017-2018. Excess weight is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and some musculoskeletal conditions.
If this campaign is successful, we will be able to pursue the dream of changing the world for the better by promoting an increase of activity in people's lives.
About this Journey.....
Bootcamps will be designed and conducted by a qualified personal trainer so that they can target all fitness levels. Participants will receive instructions on correct lifting technique before each session. Our ultimate goal is to help people live a consistently healthy lifestyle while doing good!
