With a mission to create a better world for the next generation, Rasha is focusing on creating a global impact from Aotearoa, New Zealand. She was Time Magazine’s Next Generation Leader 2018; Co-Chair of the New Zealand Chapter – Catalyst2030. Rasha has 17 years of experience working in social entrepreneurship, youth empowerment, systems change, strategy & innovation, and digital transformation. She is the Co-founder of GGateway, the first IT impact-sourcing social enterprise in Palestine, a successful business model – supported by UNRWA and the World Bank- that continues to create hundreds of jobs for youth and women helping transform their lives. GGateway offers customised and competitive ICT business outsourcing services to clients worldwide. At the same time, GGateway enables young ICT graduates from universities in Gaza to access professional opportunities in a learning environment and enhances the ICT sector in Gaza by providing qualified labour and business opportunities.
