Leading up to now, I have worked with a Health Coach for 2 years on delving into my own health, habits, and areas of weakness. I've studied Yoga, cardio training & effective routine development, as well as taken courses in psychology, biology and physiology at CCSF specifically to dedicate the information to my Yoga practice.
The impulse to better ourselves is one that understandably arises in life as we experience personal growth. Leading with the initial goal of developing mind and body improvements, my ultimate priority is contributing to at-risk youth and imprisoned women of California through non-profit organizations teaching yoga and meditation techniques. Linked below are two organizations that I have begun discussion on volunteer opportunities beginning Spring 2017, to serve as examples of my aspirations. To attain these goals, I'm completing a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and seek the help of my family & friends to reach the very crucial financial piece to making it happen. I'm hoping to raise 50% of the training cost, the remaining 50% I would cover by Feb. 1st before the course begins.
