HOPE4PTSDVETS.ORG is excited to announce the development of an innovative and holistic approach to the healing of Combat Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress in conjunction with a sustainable wellness strategy. We are in immediate need of funds to assist us in getting our 501C3 so we can begin fundraising for our Combat Trauma Wellness Retreat.

The Future We Are Creating

HOPE4PTSDVETS.ORG is a registered nonprofit organization founded in 2011, by combat veterans for combat veterans and their families. Our Mission: To provide hope and holistic help to veterans and their families suffering from combat trauma. We offer complete anonymity in our holistic approach to healing Combat Trauma. With Peer Driven Support Groups, Meditation and Mindfulness training, One on One and Family Counseling, and various other wellness applications we can diminish the effects of combat trauma on the veteran and their families. Our Strategy to accomplish this mission is as follows: Increase Awareness, Cultivate Support, Provide Tools and Encourage Sustainability.

How We Are Creating It

One of our projects is to provide a Combat Trauma Wellness Retreat at no cost to 8 veterans couples at least 10 times a year. The Retreat Facility will be located in the Texas Hill Country. During their 7 day stay each Veteran and a loved one will participate in a holistic wellness strategy including, a Meditation and Mindfulness Practice, Art Therapy, Equine Therapy, One on One, Group, and Family Counseling, Peer to Peer Support, and experience a Warrior Cleansing Ritual. Help us give back to those that have served our country and need our help reintegrating back into life at home. Help us get started right away-veterans are returning home daily and need our help before it's too late. Thank You!

Our Story & Why You Should Support Us

"Every day 18 of my veteran brothers and sisters, who served over there, sacrificed for this country, come back over here and decide that the painful burden they carry inside them is just to heavy so they end their own lives! Many veterans with combat trauma, like myself, who continue to carry that burden do so by medicating the pain with alcohol or other substances. Many end up incarcerated or homeless. Why is this not the lead story on the news every single night? When are the people of this country who enjoy the freedom we help provide, going to say enough is enough? Our veterans deserve our deepest gratitude and commitment to ensure their well being and the well being of their families no matter what the cost."
