ICOLOGI

Individuals and organisations working for change frequently produce blog content for sharing news, information and unique perspectives with their stakeholders; these importants voices, however, are frequently drowned out in an exponentially competitive digital environment. Built upon a highly customised wordpress installation, icologi offers its members a networked blog framework on an industry-leading hosting environment. The service is currently hosting close to one hundred unique sites in a closed beta and will launch with a tagged and categorised magazine style front-end to drive greater awareness and traffic to member produced content.

WELLNESSCONNECT

WellnessConnect is the largest dedicated marketing agency for the natural health and wellness market in Australia, and one of the ten largest in the world. Through a combination of action learning, provision of service and engagement with key industry partners, WellnessConnect has touched the lives of thousands of health and wellness business owners and, by extension, millions of individuals who are committed to a more natural approach to healthcare.

W1SDØM

W1SDØM provides unique opportunities to collaborate in the development and evolution of sustainable ventures. The service leverages workflow tools and social networks, providing a venue for agents of change to collaborate in service to sustainability. We believe strongly that information technology — when coupled with the right intention and application — will continue to improve the way humans connect.

NAUGHTIYOGI

As the lines between our personal and professional lives become increasingly blurred, and we rely more and more upon social media to maintain our connections, the avenues for open and authentic dialog seem to be shrinking. In response we felt compelled to launch naughtiyogi – an open confessional created in support of being unashamedly human. It’s a non-judgemental community grounded in mutual trust and respect, one where you have the opportunity to share your greatest challenges, inconsistencies and confusions, and learn from the contributions and feedback of others who are similarly motivated.

Over the past twenty years I've been fortunate to travel the world and work with thousands of ventures working for benefit.

In the process I've launched more than a dozen companies, taken on partners in half a dozen others, made (and lost) more than two million dollars of my own while delivering close to a hundred million in increased revenue, reach and impact to my clients.

I’ve provided $750,000 in pro bono services, employed more than two hundred people, read more than 5000 business plans, pitched VC's, angels and impact investors, half-written a book and developed an unhealthy fascination with the sound of my own voice (while delivering over fifty presentations in the past five years at various conferences, gatherings and universities).

I'm a (co)founder of uncompromise, WellnessConnect, icologi, and w1sd0m, and am currently in discussions with another three social-technology-for-social-good start-ups between LA, New York, San Francisco and Sydney.

I'm old enough to have had my youthful idealism tempered by the wisdom of experience, yet I am still young enough to believe in my capacity to substantially influence the state of the world, and naive enough to continue throwing myself once more into the breach.

I'm clearly not without fault, yet my life is testimony to my commitment to supporting the development of a more just, sustainable and loving world.
