The FBI & National Crime Information Center Reported that in 2010 Approximately 700,000 individuals where reported missing. Over 550,000 of these where under the age of 18, with 150,000 18 and older.

When your loved one goes missing your mind is bombarded with a serge of emotion. Images of them in fear and in pain restricts your cognitive abilities. Recall of important information that will help searchers is muddied and slows down the response time needed to find them.

Measure of Hope, inc is using the concepts of a Child ID Kit and Software as a Service to create o-PIP or online Personal Information Program.

o-PIP will make it easier for parents to quickly access, maintain and secure the type of information police officers want when a person is missing.

It is our desire to provide o-PIP FREE to all Families. To do this we need the financial support of donors and organizations like you.

Measure of Hope is on the path to becoming a nationally recognized social enterprise. With this as our goal we have particular steps we want to complete. We have completed the process of registering our organization with the State of Texas and now we are gearing up to meet the requirements to become registered as a charitable organization with the 501(c)(3) Status. As a 501(c)(3) we will be able to apply for grants and other types of funding only available to Non-profits… funding that will help keep our system secure and available to all who want to use it.

Because we are a new organization and we are in the development stage, your contribution is is helping us launch our social venture and together we will see it grow. So… in a sense you will be part of Measure of Hope’s development from the beginning which in my point of view makes you a founding member. So to reward you for your contribution we have created the Founder's Club.

The Founder's Club is where we recognize those who helped us get started. Apart from the contribution rewards each of you will receive for your various contributions we will send you a special quarterly report. In this report you will expect to get news on our advancements, service releases, and various annual reports before they are published to the public. You will also have opportunity to review and offer your input on our services.

If we reach our tipping point of $1850, the funds will be used for the application fee ($850) and discounted professional CPA and Attorney fees ($1000) to help us file everything properly.

If we reach our total of $5000, we'll be able to take steps in further building our organization, including getting our first office space rented and traveling to meet with other organizations with whom we can partner and support.
