Our Mission is to provide men, women and their children who are healing from domestic violence affordable safe housing. The organization will provide transitional housing for men and women that have recently been in domestic violence shelters or are fleeing from an abuser. Our goal is to ensure these men and women have a home of their own where they can begin a new life for themselves without being in fear. The homes available through the organization are at a lower cost than renting from the open market.

Job creation is the single biggest public policy challenge faced in the United States if the economy is ever to seriously recover. The Gazelle Goal aims is to light a fire under job creation by helping small businesses learn how to become Gazelles: growing 20% or more consistently per year. The Gazelle Project will research how existing Gazelles got that way, so others can replicate best practices and thrive. The research will be used to create the Gazelle Blueprint, which we hope to give away (rather than selling) to anyone who wants to use it.
